have honda used the right oil

Had a service done at honda last week but recently they have put doubt in my head about there knowledge of type r's, so i checked there invoice for what oil they used and its called quartz ineo mc3 5 which is a 5w30 ive never heard of it so thought i'd check, as its close to being 3yr old they did the 3rd yr service, should i be using something else by now

It's made by Total is fine mate.

5w40 is optimal though. But any synthetic is fine.
