Help with alarm

I have a 2002 type r and up untill today my alarm has been working fine i went out in the car this morning got to my destination set the alarm all fine. Drove the car home pressed the key fob and it didn't beep at me just the indicators flashed and the doors locked. Within 10 minutes the alarm went off i went out to the car disarmed the alarm checked the doors tailgate and bonnet all ok and shut properly armed the alarm again it went off within a few minutes. I tried the alarm with the door open and the alarm beeped at me so i tried it with the door shut and just the indicators flashed. So i opened the tailgate armed the alarm it beeped again so i closed the tailgate and that was over an hour ago and the alarm hasn't gone off. I can't keep arming the alarm this way does any one have any ideas . I'm currently off work suffering with depression so at the mo you can imagine i don't need anything going wrong at the moment. Any help would be much appreciated. And sorry about the long post.
 
I know a flat or dying battery causes weird issues with the alarm - especially repeatedly going off for no real reason... when did it last have a new battery?

other than that mate, I am not sure.
 
Right.. I got a pre lift 2002 civic type r... I left the car in the driveway for about 2 weeks... Decided to start the car and warm it up before i knew it my key fob remote don't work... I then thought the battery in the key fob remote has run out in which i then took it out the battery of the key fob remote put it back again hoping for it will work HASNT WORKED... Clearly the battery of the car has finished. i used my mates car to charge the battery up while doing so the alarm keeps going off and im unable to switch it off with the key fob remote.. Once the car was charged i tried to start the car using the key fob temote it DIDNT WORK ive ordered a replacement battery for the key fob remote due to come. however what if i cant start the engine im in real shambols details of factory immbolizer are below please help me someone!!
