Hi there guys I no this is a well asked question but I can not figure out how the standard normal beam bulbs come out ? This is on a ep3 facelift bye the way ? Thx
 
Welcome to the forum mate.

It's a tight squeeze behind the headlight unit but if you can get your hand behind it you need to unplug the harness, remove the rubber seal then find the metal wire retaining clip which you need to push in and slightly to one side to release it. Once you've done that the bulb should drop out.

PS: A word of caution with the text speak - mods won't tolerate it.
