HiSpec Brake Conversion

My mate has just brought a set of HiSpec 6 pot breaks for his Cossie and they are awesome :shock:

They can make a set up for the EP3 and was just wondering if anyone else had any views / opinions on these.

The other advantage is they can make up the rear calipers with the hand break built it

I know a few people who ran the 4 pots and discs back in my Saxo days. Neber heard a bad word about the actual calipers, but have heard a few reports about the Hi-Spec discs warping.

I think...dont quote me on this...but Vtecbaby (on here and CSC) has this kit on the civic he is breaking, and its going on his car as we speak :wink:

That is a first class post Trung. I had considered these years ago when i had a mad Fiat Uno Turbo running big power but after reading that im glad i didnt.

Sorry if I sound snobby here but I've always associated this brand as more of a 'budget' make TBH.

I find you get what you pay for and that's why the better kits like the Stoptech, AP's etc that you can get for various cars tend to cost a little more than everyone else because the quality is of a higher standard and they will stand up to more abuse.
