I want heat!!

I have a 2004 ctr,
its a lovely car no problems except it has no heating!!!

the problem is that i bought the car on the hotest day of the year last year which meant
i had no interest in seeing if the hot heaters worked, however winter rolled around and my god
i soon noticed (doesnt help with leather interior brrrr lol)
now a honda specialist had it for a day and could not find any problem so sugested flushing the system??
cold air works fine, air con works fine and blower moves around fine just no damn hot air!! any ideas???

(i haven't had it flushed yet because another garage said that wouldn't be the problem but i just do not know what to do)
please please some one help me because i can not go another winter with it!!

Does the car have water , or does it lose water? Any bad smells? Wet carpet?

Just thinking it could be the heater matrix.

Checked the fuses?

I was in a work van on the motorway once when the engine massively overheated, tried to put the hot blowers on to take some of the heat off the engine until I could stop. No heat came out of the vents, just cool air. When I pulled over it transpired that the radiator had run completely dry, as soon as I filled it up the temperature dropped and heat came out of the blowers again.

I don't really know the ins and outs of how it works but I would certainly check your radiator level if you haven't already done so.

yeah i have checked all the levels and they are all fine, no leaks, no smells, no wet carpets im so baffled - do you think its worth £50 to flush the system?

I lost the heat in my old lude once, turned out it was just the mixer flap had came loose and blocked off any heat...
