December is the time for my renewal.

I will have 2 years no claims and my 3 points for speeding (sp50) will have been wiped, I hope :?

I am paying £1700 fully comp now.

It really does need to reduce by at least £300 otherwise I will not be happy :x

I know there are others my age, 23 and they pay so much less than me. It's not fair

my renewal was the funniest

recieved mail through post asking for £870

then applied online with same and came out at £600 wtf

all i did was change miles per year to 10k and added the mrs to poilcy

(without telling her)

EVERY LITTLE HELPS

Mate, call round about 10 companies. I do it every year and so far I'v had quotes ranging from £850 to £2500.

My brother was quoted £7500 for a mini, but got it for £1100, but that's a different story.

Your guaranteed to find one a lot cheaper than that, try egg, Tesco, Churchill, A Plan and Direct Line are pretty good too.

They are my usual calls and they are almost always the lowest! 8)

Only Privilege quoted me less that £2000 and I got about 20 quotes :(

OMG mate.......how on earth is it that high?!!!!!

Fingers crossed it should drop a bit this year, what with the ncb and another year older.

Can always try sticking relative on too, sometimes drops the price a bit

Yeah I could put the mother on there. Do I need to tell her? I don't want her going shopping in my car

Nope, no need to tell her at all.

Just need her date of birth, occupation and any points etc.

She need never know

Try that Neil at Greenlight.

About the same as Privilege last time I asked Neil.

But that was about 5 months ago now.

Smeg, A-plan are very good for Scoobies, but I wouldn`t know about the CTR.

Worth a try though, and good luck.

Neil @ Greenlight told me there is a minimum rate for a type r with them, A-Plan dont have one so its far better.
Cheers
AC
