inside door handles

do the inside pillar handles on the door come off as the paint is all scratched offf

Do you mean the handle you pull to close the door? If so yes, there about £16 each from Honda.

As per Neily, yep, to the bottom of that 'pillar', behind it is a small hole, use a thin object to push it out from the back.

Don't use a screwdriver from the front.

An allen key fits in the hole perfectly, they just push out from the back.
