JamesT's Premier EP3...

Just fitted the Injen CAI that I got for bargain monies from the States.

Sounds good. I swear this car is faster than my Satin. Must check the ECU,

Oh, and some monkey thought it would be a good idea to fit EBC Yellowstuff pads front & rear.

I detest those pads. Bin ASAP.

JamesT in Suit's-esque ECU shocker...?

I doubt the previous owner would leave Hondata in there, surely? If they went to the trouble of putting the UK rear ARB back on...they will undo some bolts and take the ECU out...?

Will check for the telltale hole in the side of the ECU.

I have to order some mats, as the guy that owned it before was obviously clued up and flogged them for £150.

I'm not paying that, so some normal brand new Type R mats will do @ £50!

Today wondered why my rear ARB was smashing on the lower control arms.........

Not only was JDM bushes fitted with a UKDM rear ARB, the ARB was fitted the wrong way round!

Absolute knobbers honestly. Sorted now though, all is good.

You'd be surprised how many people fit it the wrong way round...it.s not uncommon.

Looks nice, best colour etc

Well I am surprised people can get it wrong to be honest, due to the fact it sits on the LCAs if wrong.

Checked my ECU - stock, unfortunately.

Fitting some lowering springs today in this blistering heat.
