Meguiar's DA Power System

Without spending more.....no
Would I buy it though......no

I'd either buy a purpose built unit for roughly £30 more, or not at all.

Even though this is now out of stock this is the one I bought: http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polis...sher/das-6-dual-action-polisher/prod_519.html

I highly recommend this, I find it easy to use, It's well built, well priced and it helped give stunning results (got rid of all the swirls and blemishes I had with ease):

+1 for the DAS-6. Very highly regarded entry level DA, perfect for beginners wanting to delve into paint correction or just easy application and removal of polishes/waxes etc. I'm personally waiting for CYC to have them back in stock.

I've got a Porter Cable dual action and it is a great bit of kit. You can be pretty heavy handed with them if you're sensible with pad selection and polish.
You will get good correction too.
Look at the Menzerna and Meguiars polishes. The megs micro fibre pads are good and can remove swirls efficiently, though if you prefer to be on the safer side to begin with go for the foam pads.
I use the Lake Country and Sonus pads - they work for me so I think, why change.
The Kestrel is a good buy though, and polished bliss are a very very good supplier.

I also have the 3m pro rotary polisher but thats nearer to £250 for the machine alone, never mind getting set up with the backing plates and pads.
