MilanoChris' Evo IX

It also depends on your level of cover. You may only have a 10 mile radius for a flatbed, meaning a cost per mile for anything after that which can get expensive.

£3 a mile. Yep familiar with that.

Well I have full national recovery. It says any UK destination.

Oh you silly boy, bet you believe the tooth fairies real too...?

Jokes aside, small print can fvck you. If it's at your home address then some providers only recover 10miles. No matter if you have "relay or national recovery"

Also, the cost per mile thing, it also means the drivers return. So, 10 miles beyond limit would be billed 20miles.

Have you got it looked at yet btw?

I haven't even looked into it properly mate.

As for the car, no, it happened yesterday afternoon and after I got it home I felt like kicking the car so I grabbed a beer and enjoyed us winning the rugby.

I should know within an hour about where and how I'm going to move the car.

Sodding things.

Right, it's getting picked up tomorrow on a low loader and taken to C1-R (Evo specialist) about an hour up the road.

Can't help but laugh.

Nothing serious. It was as I thought, a missing fill plug on the transfer box.

Drain oil, check debris, none exist, put in new oil, fit new plug, tighten.

A slightly expensive way to change the transfer box oil! But I didn't want to take any chances.
