Millers Octane booster at TDi North

Anyone used it?

I've got a mate who does stock car racing and he swears by it. Obviously there's a bit of difference between my engine and an F1 V8, but as I have no cat, I can use 2 bottles along with Shell V-Power to get a RON of about 103-104 :lol:

Maybe you'll get a few fractions of a second on a drag strip, but apart from that I'd say it's fairly pointless for road use.

Aye...Pretty pointless unless your ECU can detect the extra available RON.

If you were slightly crazy, You could always have your KPRO set up for it :lol: Ignition advance should be impressive.

I'd only personally use it to add a safety margin to my motor. You know, if it was turbo'd/supercharged and I wanted to make sure I didn't run the risk of det when I tracked/competed the car.

I wouldn't want to rely on it to make extra power.
