Does anyone know where I can get these head-rests....?

My misses wanted me to get a set of these when I had the dc2, the harness supports used to hurt her head when I put my foot down. Never did though.
 
That's why I want one - the girlfriend finds her head is level with the plastic bit and finds it uncomfortable. Wouldn't keep it on, just for long journeys.
