Hugely enjoyable.

This Video shows how much boost I have in 3rd apposed to 1st and 2nd Gear.

Can only imagine how much fun that is to boot off the line. Superb.

Apparently the gentleman in the Supra looked over to see where we were, and smiled when he realised he was beating us.....



.... then 3rd gear happened.

Awesome times Tom, you definitely need more boost in the lower gears though, especially 2nd, although it sounds like you're already on to that. :cool: Were you struggling at all with traction, it didn't look like it tbh which is surprising?

It's interesting to look at and compare your slips to my recent visit to the Pod, 60ft we'd be level, 330ft you'd be a car length in front, 1/8 edging ahead, 1/4 WTF, where did he go. :lol:
 
I know, over the 7 runs I did yesterday The Supra Pulled in front, as did a BMW 1M. Everything was level with me until I hit the 3rd Gear. My reaction times were a bit slow, and I had virtually no wheelspin, unlike when I had the charger. 6Psi in 1st gear looks to be awesome, I can get off the line cleanly, 2nd is a bit of a let down at 6Psi, the difference is huge compared to 3rd gear which feels like somebody kicking the back of the seat.

I wish I had taken my Laptop with me, I could have changed the boost levels for second, and had a play around, but in reality I probably would have broken the car if I had.

No pal, was on my Pirelli's. Ive not got the 5.9 Driveshafts yet. Perfect example of why not to take them yesterday. Went up against a EK9 K20 Turbo running 620bhp, running slicks, at 60mph he disapeared backwards, found out later he had snapped the N/S Driveshaft clean in 2.

So I will wait until I get my new Driveshafts before I run Slicks.

Yeah, I felt quite sorry for him, but he did have a spare one which makes me believe he was expecting it, and hoping for the best.

As I was leaving he was trying to get the CV off about an inch of driveshaft with a large hammer.
 
If in doubt, get the hammer out. I'll have to pop over to Santa Pod once you've got everything the way you want it, want to see it in action.
