My FD2

Well after a lot of messing about I managed to get my cam cover and plug cover fitted, both painted by Bren, plug cover supplied by Mudgey. I was going to go for the rising sun but you can't really see the cover as much as you can on the EP3/DC5 so would have been a waste. Had both done in championship white to match my airbox lid.

Not keen in the painted airbox personally

That's how it came :)

They're meant to match the colour of the car, and Seeker have now offered the other colours since I bought mine. I have seen a pic of a vivid blue one and it looks ok but I prefer the white tbh.

Fitted my Cusco ARB's from the group buy as my new Hardrace droplinks finally turned up. Better and far cheaper than OEM, hardened rubber and no silly allen key holes to stop the shaft spinning whilst tightening the nut.

Stock: 26mm front, 21mm rear
Cusco: 28mm front, 23mm rear

No pics of the front fitted as it was getting dark but went for a test drive and the difference they've made is amazing. Looking forward to having the rear camber arms fitted and geo setup next month now.

minty fresh car fella

im bored of ep3 after 11 yrs

wish you would sell your car to me!

Everything has a price ;)

I won a Recaro bucket on evil bay at the weekend so hopefully ordering a Bride rail this week to allow me to fit that. Will keep an eye out for another for the passenger side, narrowly missed one last week.

It's a Recaro Profi SPG XL. I tried a Pole Position a few nonths back which I prefer appearance wise but felt it lacked supportfor someone my size.

Had a busy week of parts deliveries

After seeing someone on the FD2 forum had managed to have a 3.5" Hybrid Racing intake from the US fitted and was impressed with the results, I thought i'd give the Skunk2 CAI a whirl. Absolute PITA to install and needed extra parts to fit it as obviously it's meant for the US Civic. The Seeker intake is good but I missed the noise of my Injen CAI on my EP3.

Apologies as ever for the poor pics

The sound is unbelievable and everything feels slightly better; throttle response, low down grunt and high end pull. Will need to get the car mapped for best results. Waiting for a reply from Mase to see when he's coming back to the UK to do tuning.

Back to TGM today, Eibach UK failed to get my camber arms in for last week so bought some from Amazon which came quickly.

Eibach camber bolts fitted and alignment done. No more ridiculous rear camber and the car feels more planted in the bends. Really happy with how it handles. Tom even found an Injen hydroshield for my air filter so that's protected now.
