got rear coilovers fitted and adjusted, then went for a drive and they have settled!! so i need to readjust 
repainted calipers, to be different i went for silver with red carriers
next is buying a set for the front then adjusting the height properly
also found my rear arb tie bars need changing

Spent some money this month!
iv got rss 18s on now tyres are sorted
a 421 toyo manifold, as my exhaust is toyo
sfs red intake hose
red tuner wheel nuts
heatwrapped manifold
new style boot type r badge
new wiper blades as they started to miss bits
and thats it! Just needs a clean
Oh and im minus wind deflectors now, going down motorway in heavy wind and 1 flew off!
next plan is lower the front get frsu done after buying adjusters

small update.
my brakes were sticking so I stripped them down and cleaned/greased everything, the pistons were corroded so I cleaned them up and put back together.
the front I kept the discs as they weren't worn much but I will be hanging these to Brembo soon, I kept the EBC redstuff pads as I only fitted them recently
the rear was basically doing nothing, the pads were cheap things I have never heard of before!
the disk is oem Honda and brand new still so I replaced the rear pads for Brembos and cleaned calipers etc like the front.
then I did a brake fluid change for ATE super blue racing brake fluid DOT 4
they are like new now! massive difference they feel just right
then I looked at the clutch fluid and it was separating and smelt pretty bad.
as I was draining it there was all sludge and lumps in it, it started off black then turned yellow then clear.
so I had to clean everything and flush it through, now the pedal feels perfect, before it felt like a sponge
after that I decided its about time for a service, so I did an order from tegiwa and online and got
Honda sump washer
Motul engine oil
Hamp oil filter
Pipercross air filter cleaner
Denzo Irridium ik22 spark plugs
during the service I cleaned TB and sensors.
drives really smooth and vtec feels stronger than ever.
very happy so far.

another quick update
just picked up some rear shocks, as my standard ones went in the bin, the fronts look fine
also I managed to win some Eibach 30mm springs for a bargain only a couple of months old!
also ordered some more cleaning bits

muc off detailer wax
greased lightening wheel cleaner
