Hi am new to the forum and have only owned my 2002 civic type r for about a month. After going for a long drive last sunday i noticed as i came off the motorway that every time i changed down a gear the car was making a very faint humming/droning noise but as soon as i accelerated again the noise stopped. it has been getting louder over the week and is now very distinctive. but like i say it only happens when i accelerate up to about 5/6 rpm and lift my foot off the accelerator!? If anyone has experienced this problem before or has any information on what it might be your knowlege would be hugely appreciated. thanks Jamie.
