Hi guys we'll I've just fried the clutch on my ep3 prefacelift uk spec any reccomendstion on what clutch would be good and has a long life even while being beaten up by my deadly deisel foot

Unless you are going boosted or frank, OEM or OEM Exedy will cope just fine.
 
If you are in the North West, Stevie at Grinspeed will do a brilliant job in around 3 hours. (at a bl00dy good price too.)

Some places will quote up to 8 hours labour. Avoid.
 
The labours not an issue my good freibds a mechanic who chargese next to nuffing for labour just wondering where I can buy the clutch from and what brand

My standard exceedy clutch kit arrived yesterday ,£150 for a kit good for 300bhp seems silly spending any more on something "betta" if there's no need
 
Anyone supplier you'd reccomend who can get it to me before the weekend

Same place I got mine , tegiwa imports.but You'd have to buy it like now !
