O.k. guys and girls, after many days of research with a help of my friend mechanic we finaly find out where the noise come from. First we changed clutch and flywheel with new one (Toda) but nothing hapened. Noise was still here. After that we gone to Honda dealer here in Croatia and ordered gearbox shaft and bearings and changed all. Finaly everything is o.k. Car is quiet and like new. So, thats it. You must change gearbox bearings and not any more problems at all. Problem is with one bearing but I don t know his name in English (only Croatian) but I ll find out and you will know. And yes, all parts is covered with waranty. 
Clutch/transmision... noise. Noise when cold in 1st gear. Mine was terrible. First only when cold, but after few mounths no matter if car is cold or warm.
