Which oil is best suited to the K20A2?

For UK climate a synthetic 5w-40 is the best choice.

If the car is used on track Silkolene PRO S 5w-40 is a great oil.

I'm not sure of the quality TBH, I'm only familiar with the ones I sell.

It's probably petroleum based though.

Dont buy Halfords own, this is not a true synthetic.

As my memory servies me the only true synthetic oils you can get in there are the Mobil 1 0w-40 or the Castrol RS/Edge 0w-40 and both are suitable for your car.
