Pop sound from Gruppe M

It's done it twice so far. When I put the throttle all the way down, I've had a loud "pop" coming from the left so I presume it's the Gruppe M. It's a bit like the "chunk" noise but noticebly different.

I've checked all connections etc and all is well.
Any ideas?

That's going to be very tricky mate as it has only done it twice over 60 miles.

It's quite loud, and only when I'm low revs - say 2k and putting my foot down.

Could it be rain getting into the filter housing?

Never experianced this with mine either... even in very heavy rain and long journeys.. :shock:

Nope I havent heard this noise either !

The thing does move about quite a bit thou....

Again 100% check made and nothing to be seen.

Sounds like it's knocking on the scuttle panel or the underside of the bonnet? Mine used to do it occastionally. Maybe try adjusting the brackets a bit. :?

Nothing's moved mate - that's the thing. I got fixed it all pretty well together the other day and it's saying out.

I hope nothing is bad though :?
