I think you're missing my point a bit.
if spoon didn't care about what they did, they wouldn't go into that level of detail for demo and competition vehicles. they are a tuner and race team. not just an aftermarket parts supplier.
I doubt that the people working there do it for the money or because its just a job.
The founder of spoon is/was a racing driver, any company is there to make profits but saying a honda only tuning company have no passion for hondas is just a bit daft really when its blatantly obvious that it is an enthusiast owned and ran company.
