Hi,

Anyone want to shift a replica mugen front grill? NHB preferably. Or know where the best place to get one from? Had a look on the net but some are very unconvincing!

a lot of replicas will look unconvincing. in fact near enough all of the ones ive seen do. including mine at times. but this is because they dont sit flush like the genuine grilles. if you can stretch to it, buy genuine. saves you getting sent a duff replica, a one that might not fit, or a one made of poor quality. and then your looking at spraying costs on top of something, quality wise, isn't the best and you may not like it whence fitted.

This is very true; I have a genuine one - it is the only way to go. I've seen some shocking replicas. Conversely I have seen a lot of genuine ones - fit's like a glove.

Here's mine. No protruding from anywhere, and flows with the contours of the bonnet.





Incidentally, I might be selling this shortly - but I do have someone interested. If it falls through, I'll stick it up.
 
A lot of problems went down with Touge since that post (which was 4.5 years ago BTW).

Not delivering goods that people had paid for and tricks like that. I wouldn't suggest you try them now.

There are two specialist parts importers in the Traders Section though.

I've just realised how old this post is I might be a bit of a noob. I've been doing a lot of reading up on the grills and a lot of people say the mugen style grills just don't look the same
