Its the standard set up. How would I know if the shocker was flipped by visual inspection.
Is the car 'sat' wrong? Looking like it's leaning? Have a look under the dust cover on the damper to see if the seals have gone (leaking oil).
Also, shove down on the top of your wing, to rock the car a bit, the car should settle down niceley after you stop. If not, prob a knackered damper.
Other than that, just check to see if your arch liner has become dislodged/unfixed anywhere, allowing it to hang down and rub the tyre.
If your in doubt though, just take it to your local garage/dealer/tuner to have a look for you.
