Slightly damaged tegiwa induction kit

Messages

The opportunity has arisen to purchase a used tegiwa induction kit for my ep3 for 250 pounds.

However one of the brackets is broken and there is a slight crack on the top of the intake where the air first goes into it.

Just wondering what other members think. Is it still worth purchasing or should I steer clear? Will the crack affect performance?

Cheers

The crack won't make any difference I wouldn't think. If you're worried about it, you could always fix it easily with fibreglass. And the brackets can be made up easily enough, you just need some metal and a bit of time. All things are fixable if you put your mind to it ;)
