It's not just the material of the spacer to take into consideration, but that of the auxiliaries such as the nuts/bolts and attached studs. A risk is that these are fabricated using a lesser grade steel and therefore run the risk of failing sooner than a more expensive brand (read; the embossed grade of a steel bolt in construction, such as '8.8 stainless').

Although I can't comment on the quality of the Tegiwa owing to not having seen a set, I can't see this information on their page either.

If you want to save over the Eibachs, perhaps have a look at SuperForma (https://www.superforma.co.uk/) - they are UK based and I bought two sets from them for my Volvo and was pleasantly surprised by the quality (although they are not anodised black - yet how long this finish would last in reality is also something to consider).
