Hey guys,

I am thinking of getting a FN2 Type R, once my 6 series has sold. Massive change, but I wanted to have a v8, thats been done so now back in to something more sensible. Just thought I'd drop a quick message and will hopefully turn this in to a build thread :)

Have a guy coming down to see her (the 6er) tomorrow and if all goes well I will start looking more seriously and will aim to be in the Type R asap.

Yeah it's nice. A few things needing done especially the brakes .no it's got xenon headlights *** bit will be changing the sidelight bulbs too

I would like to see something subtle on the wheels like black on the indents on each spoke and the center cap H in black. Could maybe do that all with stickers.

I am considering the Tegiwa exhaust, rear spoiler lip and the carbon air intake. Also thinking of putting black side mirror caps on to break the white up a little, however, my mrs will kill me if I spend any more money this month lol.
 
Yeah I've been looking into exhausts too. Just adjusted the clutch last night and made a massive difference to mine when changing gears at higher speeds.
Which bit are you painting black?
