Top-Fuel Zero-1000 Power Neo - increase performance.. myth or not?

This is something I know nothing about, according to top fuel Japan: power, torque, response, mpg, and cleaner exhaust gas can be achieved.

Is this a complete waste of time? (like I am guessing)

For the money I know it could be spent much better items, I have been offered one for next to nothing.

I have seen other similar items for diesels which claim to increase mpg but in reality do nothing.

Top Fuel recorded a 6bhp increase in a DC2 Integra Type R.

Think it's a case of too good to be true. Don't know anyone who has see any improvement running anything like these things. Put the money towards a K100 instead.
