Here we go!
About a year ago i bought myself a Honda Civic EP3 Type R 30th Anniversary Edition.
Standard equipment:
- Red carpet and doorpanels
- Red RECARO seats
- tinted Privacy Glass
- MOMO steeringwheel
The car came with a few mods, but that wasn't enough for me. Currently it's equipped with:
- KW V1 coilovers
- Front strut bar
- Fujisubo RM-01A catback
- Piper header + decat
- Ported RBC intake manifold
- Tegiwa Carbon airbox
- Energy suspension motormounts
- Hondata Intake gasket
- Hondata KPRO (mapped @ CPL)
- Bisimoto flywheel
- Japanese DC5 gearbox + Limited-Slip Differential (LSD)
- Stoptech disks front and back
- Ferodo DS2500
- Seibon carbon wing (Mugen look)
- Mugen look front lip (not fitted yet)
- Facelift headlights (not fitted yet)
When i bought the car, it looked like this:
It was fitted with Tenzo R rims. It wasn't really my style of rim so i bought a new set; Volk TE37's in a limited edition color:
Unfortunately they had the wrong offset and rubbed on the inside, so i had to sell them again. After that i bought some OZ Ultraleggera's:
I really like them, but then my friend bought some Rota Grid Drifts for his Supra MK4, which ended up being too small. We decided to testfit them on my car just for fun, but it looked so amazing i instantly told my friend i would buy them:
I really really really love the look of my car now, but driving around in a "powerfull" car with a 215 tire stretched on a 9.5 rim doesn't make me feel safe at all, so i decided to switch rims again.
A couple of days ago i bought a set of Enkei J10's with R888's fitted on them. I still have to pick them up, as soon as they're fitted on the car i'll take some pics. To give you an idea, this is the rim:
This being my standard opening post on every forum, i already have an update to make:
I also went to pick up my Enkei's 2 days ago. I posted a picture on Facebook while driving home, when suddenly one of my friends texted me that he noticed the rims were 4x114,3 and not 5x114,3 as they were listed in the add. This made me a bit sad, i really really like the look of those rims and now i can't use them. Lucky for me i got a really good price on them (with Toyo R888's fitted), so i decided to keep them and sell them again and probably even make a bit of money!
Now i'm rolling on my OZ's again till i find some new rims...
