I posted this up on the ATR forum but thought you guys might be interested. I had the best Monday for ages 
After a looooooooooong drive up to see Andy at Vtecdirect to get some new Race Spec XYZ coilovers and to give the ATR some sorely needed suspension TLC
This is the loose radius arm with seized bolts thread;

Fixed, the little blighters broke 8)
XYZ coilovers with 30-way adjustable dampening and seperate spring seat so the spring rate is completely independant of ride height.
Rear;
New Vtecdirect upper front camber adjuster;
New lower arm with superflex poly bushes and new track road ends;
The hard spring rates of the race spec XYZ have very little give and don't really change ride height when the car is lifted;
Andy also discovered my drivers side driveshaft was fecked, my gearbox oil was low and my sandwich pressure plate was leaking.
So after a full day my oil leak was cured, my driveshaft replaced, my gearbox oil replaced, my lower arms fitted, my camber adjusting top mounts fitted, new track rod ends fitted and best of all new XYZ coilovers fitted, cambers adjusted and after a trip to get the tracking done all set up .......... phew
Andy was back on perfect form, excellent customer service and trying out 'James' today who got stuck in :agree: Once again I'd thoroughly recommend Andy, Vtecdirect and some nice new XYZ's
