hi i have a 2005 civic type r nhb

mods are is follows

rbc throttle body
rbc intake manifold
yoka rmo1a exaust (not on car yet awaiting the right mani )
gruppe m
hondata kpro (unit 8 performance)

i was looking around and dont know what to buy i want the best performance out my car been recomended to buy a toda mani but not shure what to buy !!

Toda best off the shelf mani for gains, expensive though.

Dc mani doesn't make the power the Toda does, but is half the price.

Swings and roundabouts, most power or value for money?!

Harvos is right.

TODA is the one to get, I had one on my EP3.

I presume you mean Fujitsubo RM01A, if you do, I had that on my EP3 also with a Gruppe 'M and K100.

This made 240bhp and 201bhp at the wheels once mapped by Romain at ARTech.

Didn't want to make a new thread so I try posting my "noob" question here.

On many online stores, the DC race header (the long one with decat) has no flex while others I can find do have a flex.
How do I know I buy one with flex (if buying one) because I wouldn't want to end up with a flex-less manifold.

Second, the toda, invidia, tegiwa... have cilinder 1,4 and 2,3 linked while the dc sports, japspeed,... have 1,2 and 3,4 linked.
Any comments on this anyone?
