EP3 What's this? And should I remove it?

So I've recently got myself an 02 CTR and I've been tidying it up here and there, today I found these and have no idea what they are but thy look retrofitted?

Are they wired into anything? Looks like they could be aftermarket horns maybe??

Are they sensors for automatic gates or garage door?

There are wires, not traced them back though, wasn't sure if it was parking sensors or something lol I've also got telephone socket or DSL socket in the passenger side footwell?

Theres also a button on the centre console that lights an LED up near where the headlight angle roller is??

Its a vtec YO speaker !! everytime you vtec !! it shouts YO out to warn other road users.

I'm talking out of my bum haha as said above it looks like something to do with automatic gates
