Quite a few threads out there about different types of oil.
Buy i just want a simple answer which is the best oil for the civic type r ep3.

Its mostly down to personal preference imo.

I'm using Motul 5w40, which is what ABP used for my service ;)
 
Hi, check out the search function and you will see 500 other threads on the same Q all with simple answers.
