Xenon Hid H4 HI/Lo kit not working on civic Type R

Hi all I purchased a hid kit from Hid Direct in Manchester, the kit I got is a H4 HI/Lo hb3, bit of a head puzzler, installed the kit and the drivers side works fine but passenger side not working at all, swapped bulbs over and still not working on passenger side, installed a new ballast on passenger side and still not working but tried it on drivers side and works fine, any help would be great, so i put normal bulbs back on whilst I figure out the problem, standard bulbs work fine. HELPPP Please :(
 
I had the flickering passenger side issue until I change my light fuses to a higher rating. Try swapping them to 20 amp from 15 and it may work.
