Removed my manifold heat shield today as the bottom part had rusted away so was just flapping around.. Removed the shield off the bonnet too, just need to clean it up! My one was covered in grease from the previous owner spraying the aux belt so it wasn't as loud when I came to buy it...

So after lowering I had a horrible knocking noise coming from my N/S rear, changed drop links, took shock off to make sure was built correctly, bit the bullet and just bought new rear shocks. Heard good things about Sachs and went for them, noise gone! Back end sits a bit higher now but...
