if you take the subframe off that's what lines your front wheels to the rest of the car. If you dont line it up correctly the front wheels will not run true to the rear so the car wont roll straight it'l crab about the road and drive like crap. That's the main reason why i didn't want to drop...

was a while ago now but think i just removed the 2 side mounts undid the bolts for the front one and jacked the engine up enough to remove the front mount then chuck it all together again. i might have had to loosen the rear mount but not sure. I also had access to a ramp which helped too

lol dont fancy removing all that like! i managed to replace the front one without removing any radiator or subframe, was tight but far quicker and easier without removing all that crap. Had all 3 mounts changed in an hour still got the stock rear but it was ok

my mate has his own buisness paint spraying etc and we're both well into keeping a highly cleaned polished motor, he'd prob be up for giving it a full detail we're not too far from you either just past dundee

the indicators will probably have been fitted when brought over as my jdm doesn't have them because the guy retro fitted face lif mirrors withe the indicator in it them removed them after the sva test. cars looking clean bud c/w's the best colour imo

i've got 18" buddyclubs on mine, don't notice much differance between them and the standards only really the tyre profile gives more road nose and you feel alot more of the road lol fills the arches better imo

prob will be the lca hopefully for you bud, they dont look very strong like pressed steel. should be easy enough to change (if thats whats wrong) mine had plastic covers over the front side of the arm so check how they look from the rear

yea its on meister r's now but think in that photo('s) its still on the gecko's height *** is near the same as it is in these pics. gecko's i found to be too road orientated and not as firm as the meisters dare say you could adjust it all but good offer on the r's so went mad and got a set :eek:lol

i've got the meister r and would rate them very highly! had gecko coilovers on before and the differance was unreal. felt alot tighter on the steering and a far more positive response. think the gecko's were set too soft and/or had a softer spring rate compared to the meisters. as for fitting...

yea fitted them no bother but used to be a mechanic. if your competant enough at doing stuff on your car it'l be easy enough bud. you'd need to check the tracking once they on even setting it by eye till you get it set up at a garage will be ok just try not run it for too long will drive funny...

i have the older version of the meister r and think they're awsome handles really well feels planted. they're firm but think the ones out now have been revised to be less stiff out the box 100% happy with them and would buy them for any future cars i own:D

think feels and mugen both have a cat built into the header not cheap *** and not seen a feels one for sale over hear but prob able to source them through somebody i'd think. 200bhp cars can do that i'm sure. last feb he quoted 1700 for a mugen header new from japland. did't get it got wheels...

think some places can be funny about led sidelights as most if not all of them come packaged stating not for road use? all depends on the tester at the time, doubt it would fail on that alone as they'd prob just change them for you

does it vibrate the car at all? could be the new tyres not balanced on the wheel correctly?? changing front wheels to the back should let you know if thats the problem or at least tie the problem to the wheels not the car being at fault

i've got a fujitsubo RM01A on mine sits nice and isn't to loud compared to standard but up the revs has a great note. not sure on price for them as mine was on the car when i got. cat back to start with *** as manifolds cost a fortune!
