FL5 Fuel gauge

When you put in the 40 litres what was the range showing after refuel?
My range isn't very good at all, but I thought it's due to not being able to fill the tank fully.
 
Just to let you all know I have removed my fuel pump and found the sender was not set correctly so I have adjusted mine and will see what happens
 
Just to let you all know I ran my car down to 0 then re fuelled after adjusting the float level in the tank and got 41.5 litres in so it has improved
At some point I am going to adjust it again to get it perfect.
Honda have clearly not set this up correctly
 
Good luck trying to get Honda to do something as even now I have come up with a fix they are still not interested.
When you take your car into Honda they need to lower the float level the manufacturer spec for lowest setting is 17mm I would lower it down to 10mm
