not a lot mate work in bodywork so was my own time and then just paint to pay for

so went back to work today and finished the civic. put bonnet back on, all rubbers, door cards, cleaned wheels, and roof and spoiler. put type R stickers back on side skirts well happy with it

First time I've looked through this thread, nice work in a short time. Glad you decided against championship white, think it would have looked awful against the wheel colour.

If you're a show and shine type then you should get the rocker cover/battery bar etc done in the same colour as the roof/wheels to finish it off IMO.

cheers, yeh that's exactly what was on my mind, yep all that is on the list. I was going to do the strut tops and the inner front wing and the subframe around the front of the engine bay all the flip paint as the inside of the bonnet is flip paint aswell. I do need the rocker cover doing *** it lets it down,

so been to two local cruises/meets in the last few weeks, had new brake pads fitted aswell, here is some pictures of my car from the 'Whitby cruise', with my mates ek9 & two other pictures from 'modified genius' meet in hull, been getting quite a lot of attention so its all good

just ordered this little replacement fob! any 1 ever had one? just recently I have been having a bit of trouble with the unlocking/locking of the car, any 1 experienced this? my fob is a bit tatty to be honest and don't want to take it apart as yet, will it just be the battery? any way here is the fob I have just bought so when it comes I will swap the bits over hopefully be like brand new again? if its not the battery what could it be?? cheers

key fob came and I swapped the bits over along with the new battery and buttons and it works fine again now well happy its sorted £20 well worth it.


also got my mate to make me some new brackets for the spoiler to tilt it and sit it further back. looks much better makes it look bigger imo!


also found 2 more pictures from local cruises I have been to lately,



and finally tonight I have just fitted my new sticker, tomorrow night need to wash and wax the car then Friday head down to modified nationals cant wait!

had a little shoot happy with the pictures,

New wheels are now on and the list for the plans for 2015 just keeps getting longer, got a big parcel and parts to go n but not posting pictures up yet of that.
