Rear headsets only came as standard from MY03, before that they weren't available.

Full exhaust system and CAI with a remap for an extra 30hp not sure. I would personally have thought more like 220 normally? If it really is a full buddyclub header, b-pipe and back box it's going to be horrendously loud!!

Mine made 234bhp with ITG Maxogen, DC manifold and Buddyclub Prospec catback on CPL rollers.......

I'd say its possible, I hot 240 with a Gruppe 'M, TODA header, RM01A, K100.

if you can be aresed you could maybe make a bit on that by stipping it, returning it to OEM and selling it again.

A lot of effort needed though.
