LSD for CTR

I'll be doing it all myself soon (waiting on parts from Japan) and post a how to once done if there's not one up already. It is relatively straight forward, just time consuming. An engine hoist would be helpful and a transmission jack a bonus. Once the box is off it's all easy going but you'll need a press if you want to rebuild the main shaft/counter shaft with new syncros. (2 min walk to the local garage to 'borrow' theirs comes in handy!). Good time to change the gearbox seals as well. Factor in £60 for 2 new diff bearings and another tenner for a new shim. If you're fitting a new FD at the same time be warned, if you want to leave the std FD on the std diff, the bolts for the new FD are £1.86 a pop and there's 10, +VAT!
