Need to get my abs sorted, cant afford to be locking up on every track day :-\
Get some brake ducts sorted also. Try an get some heat out the discs.

I can't believe the damage to that tyre! Out if interest at what speed did you lock up and how far do you suspect you travelled whilst being 'locked up'?

I recon i locked up about 70mph, im hitting the limiter in 4th before i brake so was coming down from 117mph. I did lock up once or twice before that so it might of hit the same flat spot to make the tyre that bad.

Thinking of getting one of these Preludes. How do they feel compared to a DC2? Quite soft?
Reliability, fuel economy, etc?

Standard they just feel like a motorway cruser and suffer from major wheel spin at juntions. (but that could be my driving :p)

But pop a accord R box in, a set of MeisterR's on and full exhaust and you have a dc2 beater.
The engine feels Smoother than a b18 and feels like it will take track abuse no problem. Mine has 132,000 on the clock and its running sweet.
Im getting about 27mpg. great thing is they are very underestimated :) and get alot of people thinkin they can get away :p
But the dc2 looks nicer and if you stuck a set of meisterR's on one with weight reduction it prob be nothin it it then. Just depends how much you want to spend.
But if your looking at dc2's id look for a Ep3 also ;-) I got the prelude for sheer cheapness and to be different.
