Not good conditions at all for detailing :(

Car was moved around a few times to keep the temps down on the black.

I'm seeing the car again to put another coat of sealant on.

Duragloss 901
BH Clay
Lime Prime
Duragloss 105 TPP = win

Absolutely typical, a bird came along and **** on my car, now this was no ordinary bird, judging from it's **** this bird must have been the size of a flying tank!! I have no pics of the incident, but do have pics after a very quick hose down :)

impressive work there mate...i'll have to pull my finger out and try detailing my NHB....swirls all over it

just curious to know how you got rid of those swirls mate??
ive got a few on mine but struggling to get rid :(
be really grateful if you could give me a tip!!!

Do you have a machine polisher? And the skills? Not a jibe, just a question.
Or are you working by hand?

great work joe. from memory i think you charge very reasonable fees for this kind of work too. if ever i get a car that i care about in the future your services could be called upon.

i have a machine polisher but i havent used it yet! i have the basic understanding of how to use it though, any tip you have would be gratfully appreciated! however if im likely to cause damage by doing that then i can do it by hand.
i have alot of autoglym products but once again, im not entirely sure which to apply or what exactly to use? :(

if only you lived closer then i would be hoping to acquire your services as the job you done before is immaculate :) haha

its just one from halfords mate, not sure what pads i have because im at work just now but ill double check tonight when i get back and let you know! :)

Those small rotary things won't successfully remove swirls without marring the paint, and propably causing more damage. :(

You need a decent rotary, or DA polisher. Kingdom tools, cleanyourcar, i4detailing etc all sell them.

If working by hand, Autoglym SRP will do a fairly good job of filling the swirls, but it is only temporary.
