Just on with renewing my car insurance, and spotted in another thread that Noel Dazely was pretty modification friendly...

I'm 24 (on the day of renewal), 3 Points for CD20 (driving without reasonable consideration) & 6 years NCB

Declared EVERY modification on my car, right down to the LSD, KPRO, Short Shifter & AEM Fuel Rail.... Stuff they'd never see basically.

Protected no claims bonus
£350 Excess
£895

Nobody has got within 300 quid of that with NCB protection on. Maybe A-Plan could but they just wont return calls to give me a quote, so balls to em they don't deserve the business.

Anyway just thought I'd share the quote with everyone, would suggest to anyone to give them a try! :wink:

Just got £550 with £350 excess.

Includes Supercharger, exhaust and induction.

I am 35 the other half is 25.

Direct line wanted and extra £400 for these mods.

I think I know where I will be going.

whoa they are good!

a plan came in at £695 for my tubby and i thought that was good,

then noel and co came in at £585! yadda yadda bing bing

the haggling now starts

EDIT: noel + co: WINNER! i will be insured with them tomorrow

Lower than what Greenlight had quoted me £667 with £250 excess :|

call greenlight...they reduced mine to beat noel when i told them the price. haggle like you've never haggled before.

Strange that as Greenlight did a price match on my ND quote.

Glad to hear people are having some good results with ND. I couldn't be happier with the service and quote I received off them That's why I didn't think twice about posting about it on here...

£725 Protected NCB only myself as a Driver
£795 Protected NCB myself and the Wife as drivers!!

A plan or Greenlight couldnt even touch that!!

Greenlight wanted over £1500 on my own
Noel asking for £860 with the GF

just wait for my renewal before haggling a bit :wink: :twisted:
