Can we add another paragraph in the rule book about switching phone signatures off?

I haven't read the rules btw so unsure if it's already in there.
 
I have read them really, well scanned over. But I think it would be a better world without them.

Many things are. Actually putting a rule in to ban something like this which isn't rude or offensive is a bit extreme. Most people get rid of it quickly enough and few regular posters use them. Would you ban Geoff from replying with his name or people with quotes in their signatures?
