Tegiwa imports carbon fibre airbox

Where would such a power loss come from?

Lost through the transmission, flywheel, clutch, driveshafts and such.

Having to move all these parts, to in turn move the wheels, has a cost to the power produced from the engine, (flywheel).

silly billy, as for the power loss from new it could be down to high friction internally on the engine (worn bearings) or maybe worn pistons rings increasing blowby.

Caused by stavation of oil at some stage Fred???

What about compression?

Does compression drop when there isn't a perfect seal between bottom, and head? And this could lose P0W4H?

If your combustion chamber isn't sealed the engine wont be working at its maximum efficiency. Therefore, reduced power.

lol i simply meant that using 1 L of oil rather than 6 L wont do any good apart form saving you 5 ish kg.

O2 sensor could be at fault as well. If it is feeding back rubbish AF readings to the ECU it will be down on power.
