I really really like those wheels. I very rarely think any alloys suit a car properly, but they do look good on this.

Bit of a bugger I'm going to miss the meet :(

Well I have a cool update. I've purchased a new heart for it, a high compression B18! The engine has just been freshly built, so it should last a few thousand miles... :)

The specs are as follows:

BLOCK
• Block B18C4, with new liners over-bored to 81.5mm
• Nippon Cast High Compression Pistons
• Polished OEM Crank
• ITR Rods
• New OEM Honda Oil Pump
• Lightened Alloy Pulley

HEAD
• B16 Head
• skimmed
• New Valve Guides
• Skunk2 LMAs
• Supertech Valve Springs and retainers
• BuddyClub Spec 3+ Cams
• AC Adjustable Cam Gears
• ARP Head Studs

OTHER
• New cambelt and a waterpump
• Lightened Flywheel
• Competition Clutch Stage 2


I've now put together a shopping list of things I'd like for the build, that I hope will take place in April. Here's the list:

GEARBOX & DRIVETRAIN
• S80 LSD gearbox
• Cable to hydro converter
• Clutch cable
• Gearbox mount plate
• Durable drive shafts

EXHAUST/INLET MANIFOLDS
• Tegiwa (Toda Rep) exhaust manifold
• Skunk2 Pro Series intake manifold

ECU & IGNITION
• OBD0-1 ECU Conversion harness
• OBD0-2 Dizzy Harness
• 0BD2 Distributor
• 4 wire O2 sensor
• OBD1 chipped ECU with Neptune


And if funds allow...

• Hondata S300
• Raxles
• To strip down the S80 and fit a longer 5th, MFactory Carbon synchros and replace the diff bearings and seals.



That's it, I'll go and crawl back under my rock for another 18 months... :p
