Talking to a couple of you about the VTEC conversion my late father and I did in my classic Mini a few years back.

That's awesome.
My brother had a mini with a Vauxhall Calibra engine mounted in place of the rear seats. I think it was also rear wheel drive. That was stupid rapid.

Sold it in 2014, believe it is now in Dublin. It was 187bhp and 750kg so around 250bhp per tonne so yeah it moved. Got quite scary above 100mph as it was very light. I sold it as it was going to kill me. Perfect way to be able to take 1 car to both Mini and Jap meets though which was its purpose.
