M2 are getting a pretty good rep. They are cheap(ish) but not in the same category as eBay specials.

Eightspeed, one of the traders sell them too IIRC.
 
M2 decat on my Evo, they do downpipes as well, few lads on MLR run them. Can't say I've noticed any issues but it's a foot and a half long straight piece of tubing so quite hard to fcuk that up!
 
I'm getting an m2 cat back soon, I was going to get a skunk 2 but I don't think the neighbours will be too impressed, that and the price makes more sense for me.
 
Toyo sports do a cheap copy of the spoon N1 system, they seem reasonable build quality for the price, not a quiet exhaust.
Not heard anything bad about the welds or anything.
If you have to go cheap then thats probably the spoon copy I would go for.

Although I only had the genuine one, which if you have the £ go for it!
