Quick update, my car is at TGM for 1. Replacement radiator, Mishimoto 2. Steering rack refurb, slider, guide and various other bolts boots and bits 3. Check for all suspension play, including ball joints and shocks 4. Installation of a 4-2-1 manifold Will let you know how it goes.

So what parts are they actually replacing? Doing springs was a load of rubbish, the shocks don't like it and it drives a bit 'gay' if I'm honest. I'm now thinking of doing Tein Coilovers, hardrace ball joints and new wishbone superpro bushes.

No standard tyre size. No spacers. Negative camber was -1.00 but FRSU's are a load of crap with camber bolts because its not a proper way to adjust camber you need to do that with top mounts. The bolts will turn when you hit a pot hole anyway.

I have had coolant issues too so I know your pain. I had to have a new radiator, thermostat, fan switch, hoses and clamps in the end Its unlikely to be the headgasket as they are pretty strong on these. A full compression test should reveal more. A coolant leak on a K20 can come from the water...
