Are the Tyres the same make/tread pattern? I've had this in the past when the treads were mixed up.

Hello All Is it just me or just my Type R but is is normal that on driving ie 4-5k my car has a slight whistle ie like like a turbo would sound or Induction kit would May seem bit of a daft question but it's been bothering for a while now. :confused: Thanks

Not sure how long the car had been sitting around for prior to buying it, but makes sense what you say, thanks. Bought it from Honda with a years warranty so see if they'll sort it. Have to take it back for new heatshield over the next few day so will ask then. Cheers

Yes but okay after a few brakes, Possible caliper sticking?

Any advice please. Bought my car just over a week ago and have noticed that I can hear the brakes rubbing (without braking) when I first pull away when cold. Gone within a few of depresses though and only happens when cold ie first thing in the morning.

No they weren't there when I was looking. Bought from Honda (ouch!) I like the sound of the Gruppe M Cold Induction kit, talking about tweaking. Wait until the Warranty has ran out first though!

I saw that motor on the forecourt! I live a stones throw away. Very nice in red. Bought a black one, looks nice when clean but what a nightmare to keep it that way. Getting addicted to the vtec too :)
