:D

Picked it up last Friday. It is amazing (I may be biased).

The difference between the EP3 and this car was very apparent on my drive back. It's a lot quieter, the M-Sport suspension is not as stiff (but still quite stiff after I've forgotten about the EP3 suspension ).

The engine note is pretty sweet.

The interior is just superb. I'm liking the electric sport seats a lot. The side bolsters can be inflated to give more support. A niggly thing is when trying to let in a rear seat passenger, you have to slide the seats forward electrically by holding down the button, and it's quite slowwwww. And then, you have to slide it back, slowwwwwly, holding down the button again.

Pictures below from this afternoon picking it up from Cambridge Autogleam detailer (Nathan). I had him do the protection detail on it to get some proper good wax to protect the paint. I decided not to get the Venturetape as I'm worried it will not last the intense heat in Kuala Lumpur.

Cheers guys.

I had it debadged as well. ;)

Good thing the dealer didn't put any stickers on it anywhere. The only dealer logos are on the number plates. and they're tiny.

thats perfect. im trying to persuade my dad to buy one exactly the same as this. its perfect. very nice car

Looks lovely. Very nice indeed.

My only advice would be to ditch the run flats a.s.a.p as they are horrid.

 Here's a "sister" car that's the same pre-reg batch, minus front parking sensor and sun protection glass, but with the sliding arm rest. Otherwise, it's identical to my car.

Also, BMW have a couple M3 pre-reg on sale via their Approved Used Car search. Have a look. ;)

But what if I get a puncture? I might consider it later.

Very nice Kam. Second the runflat advice, i had them on my BMW Mini and they are awful for grip if you really push it and they cost a fortune to replace, but make sure you let your insurance company know about it as in the UK it can void your cover

looks great.

most of the guys on the bmw forum have removed the RFTs on their newer bmws and put normal tyres on so i think that insurance being voided is an extreme example.

After driving it around for a week and a half, I must say that I haven't been able to wipe the smile off my face every time I see the car.

Drove it to Wales over the Bank Holiday weekend, with 3 passengers and the boot filled to the brim with stuff. It is an amazing cruiser, and the passengers in the back said it was really comfy. 29.1mpg though. Even fully laden, the thing shifts when you put the foot down.

The purr of the engine when the Engine Start button is pushed is rather pleasing. I'm still waiting for 1,200 miles on the clock before I open her up. :) 300 miles to go.

I wished it had Adaptive Cruise Control and Adaptive Headlights for the twisty bits of Wales.
